digital storytelling

I have produced and edited videos designed for many digital platforms – YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok . A series that I am most proud of was Crash the Party, a 23-episode HuffPost series for Twitter that follows women who ran for office for the first time in the 2018 midterm elections. My role was to script, edit and post supervise the series. In 2022 I worked with Crooked Media on their YouTube series Political Experts React and on an in-depth explainer on Putin and the war in the Ukraine.

documentary

Most recently I have been working with La Lutta Productions on the feature documentary Roberta. My role started as an assistant editor, but I also led archival production, and fulfilled some post-supervision duties for our small team. The film premiered at Doc NYC in November of 2022, and is set to air on American Masters in January 2023. I also worked with La Lutta productions on the feature documentary Frank Serpico (2017).

event coverage

As director of video at Global Citizen I oversaw the digital event coverage, YouTube stream, and VOD clipping for two major campaigns. Global Citizen Live was a 24-hour live concert, and my role was to manage a team to clip over 400 VOD clips to distribute on multiple social media networks, as well as manage on the ground footage capture. As a supervising post-producer at HuffPost I oversaw breaking news coverage for major events in the newsroom including the Kavanaugh hearings, 2018 midterm elections, Trump impeachments, and the 2020 election.

food media

My favorite storytelling is through the lens of food and the people who create and eat it! I have edited off-kilter food stories for Thrillist, many test kitchen videos for Bon Appétit, and assistant produced a short documentary about Daniela Soto-Innes for Tribeca. Ranking high in my favorite edits, is this deep dive into Crown Finish Caves in Crown Heights for Bon Appétit.
